Then call this place. I had a problem with my house and couldn't justify spending $200 on a tall enough ladder to climb up and fix it (if I even could) myself. I called at least 5 or 6 handyman companies around Vancouver and either got an answering machine or they set up an appointment and never showed up. I called Handyman Matters as the last ditch effort and they not only called me back but came out the same day.
The handyman seemed knowledgable and arrived with all the tools needed to fix my problem. Within an hour my siding was repaired and I didn't have to worry about it anymore.
The rates were a little higher than the estimates I received from other businesses, but since these guys actually showed up and actually fixed my house it was money well spent. Next time I need something fixed this is the place I will call.
