I can't even begin to tell you the problems I have had with these "landscape architects". Definately not worth the dime you would waste on a phone call. Yes, they never return you're call, it's hard to get them out to finish up the smallest of tasks. They promised me a one year guarantee on antything that has died, on and on and on and they have NOT kept up to their part of their bargin. They are extremely expensive and you don't get what you paid for. They told me it would take two weeks to finish my job and over a month later, it still wasn't completed. If they can't run a business and offer good customer service then they should think about a new career path.
