Review content:
I have been very impressed with Dr. Vanterpool. When other doctors have just passed things off and not given any explanation, Dr. Vanterpool does her best to get to the bottom of the problem. She is not afraid to order any tests that might be necessary to find out what the problem is. She will even have telephone conferences with specialists in order to come to a diagnosis or plan of action (at least in my case, that is what has happened). My only complaint is the front office staff. I have had several problems with them having a very bad attitude and not wanting to do anything to help the patient when they have a question. If you don't mind having to deal with a sometimes rude office staff, then it is worth it to see Dr. Vanterpool.
