I agree with the other two reviews. I set up two separate appointments. The 1st appointment was for 4pm. At 3:59pm - the lady calls and says they got called away to an "emergency." I thought it was highly unlikely that their "emergency" was exactly at 4pm and I think they should be at my door by then. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another apt for another day. After waiting 15 minutes and no one showed up, I called to ask if they were coming. Their guy was on "another job" and to ask me to wait. I waited for 1 1/2 hours - no one showed up and I had a personal engagement then and had to leave my house. I called and the lady said she would check to see if their guy can come over when I get home in an hour. Well - no one came, no one called - Just like that. Crappy service - you get jerked around and I agree with "sickoftheseidiots" - the woman has a fake cheery "can do attitude" at first but in reality, I think she lies. DON'T DO BUSINESS with them.
