Searching for help to relieve the pain I was feeling from a 10-12 hr workday, I stumbled across the New Balance store and was suprised to find helpful and knowledgable salespeople who knew what I was talking about. The atmosphere of the store is very different from your typical shoe store being that the employees measure your foot, ask questions, and describe the product to benefit you. The salespeople are not pushy and do not pressure you into anything you don't want and listen to you when you talk about why you are here. I think this type of store is an excellent example of what retail market is missing and if you have any feet pain, need good shoes, or a great fit go see them it is well worth it.
