I went to this store on two separate occasions. My first trip was to find my shoes for my wedding day, and I found the perfect pair - by Platinum by Dyables. They had the perfect fit, but were a little pricey: $85. Almost a year later I found the same exact shoes at a New Hampshire boutique for $20 less! The second trip was to find my mom her mother-of-the-bride dress. We were met with jeers by the staff when they heard my mother's price range: they brought her one dress to look at. We weren't impressed with the dress or the belittlement. We were also upset that we couldn't actually look at dresses. They just brought us things to try on. Granted, this may be how it's done in the ritzy places, we wanted to see the options. I now steer all my friends away from this shop.
