Review content:
So my husband and I ventured out during a recent Saturday to buy a new video card for the computer. They were out of the one we were going to buy, so they offered a rain check. Sure, no problem. The guy that was helping us was a member of the "Geek Squad". It literally took him 25 minutes to figure out how to do the rain check. At that time, my husband decided to purchase a gift card for a friend's birthday. Another 15 minutes to figure that out. In the end, the employee literally opened the cd case, tore the gift card off of the paper, scanned it, entered the amout and threw all 3 pieces into a bag. We had to find a manager to get us a new gift card. They call this guy a member of the "Geek Squad" and he can't even operate a cash register??? Oy....
