If you're like me, you try to avoid the tension filled workouts at gyms like Bally's Total Fitness. You want a workout that doesn't make you look over your shoulder every now and then to see if people are watching you workout. Well, Cardinal Fitness is nothing like that. The machines are advanced, abundant and the staff and people there, are above all, very friendly! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable. Lockers, showers and ever daycare are provided to make your workout convenient! Price is great and the hours are very convenient as well. All around, this place is the answer to your workout question.
