Review content:
Everyone sees the commercials on television and it appears to be a place where you can make fast cash for clothes you no longer wear- but this is not the case. The adds say that they take brand name clothes in good condition- but they take themselves way too serious. They don't accept clothes in trash bags even though their whole store is trashed, overwhelmed with cheap and poorly made clothes. You have to pick up the clothes they don't take before they close or they throw them away. I took in three large hampers filled with clothes they said they would take including Hollister, Abercrombie and Ralph Lauren and they didn't take anything! They said that the clothes had to have been made in the past year (how do they even know when it was made)! They are less than helpful and the store has appeared trashed every time I have gone in there. You have to search through every single item of clothing because it is not organized in anyway. I always find myself getting frustrated and leaving before finding anything I like because of the crampt and overwhelming atmosphere. I would recommend just donating your clothes to Good Will rather than even trying to sell them to Platos- you will just get frustrated.
Pros: plently of parking, can find stuff if you spend 6 hours looking, always is a lot of people shopping in store
Cons: unorganized, store appears trashed, unhelpful staff, disgusting bathroom, small fitting rooms
