dr. herrman arrived the next morning after my son was born and checked him out and did his circumcision so that an intern wouldn't be doing it and has taken a very hands on approach to my son ever since..the office always fits me in when he is sick and they have an after hours call service that doesn't take too long to get back to you....although i have disagreed on some of the parenting methods of her opinion - she has a nurse who is a lactation specialist who has always helped me with any questions and encouragement about breastfeeding, attachment parenting, homemade food, etc...this is a great ped - i would definitely trust her with my son's care!
