Review content:
The pretzels at Pretzel Time are good but the service is sometimes lacking. I much prefer a pretzel for a snack while shopping to a sugar filled cookie so I like to stop at Pretzel Time when I'm at the mall. The food is good but often the product I want is not ready and I do not really want to wait while something bakes. I also had one time when I ordered one of their pretzel sandwiches. It sounded great but I was disappointed to be told that the ham had gone bad and the new stuff was still frozen. I am not impressed when menu items are often not really available. If you just want the plain pretzels on display in the store Pretzel Time is great but don't count on them for other items on the menu board.
