Review content:
PF Changs is a huge chain, which I wasn't really aware of until I moved across the county and noticed the same giant horses and facade at the flatirons mall. It shouldn't be counted against them, but it probably is. They have successful flavor pairings and innovative menu offerrings. The asian style fare ranges from classic indian dishes and standard americanized chinese restaurant dishes to interesting pairings of citrus and spice over fish.
The biggest flaws in PF Changs are huge noisy spaces and high menu prices. The portions are large to ccombat the high prices and in my opinion should be shared or taken home for another meal. The service is really a gamble. I've had nothing but success at the Broomfield location with smiling happy people seating me and bringing my food. But I was also bumped in the back of the head by harried service people trying to navigate the tight spaces.
Overall I really like the meals at PF Changs, but I prefer them on someone elses dime.
