Shippenville Aviation is a wonderful place to either catch a small commuter flight to another airport such as Venango County OR Pittsburgh, or to go and watch aircraft take off and land.
The professionalism of the pilots is AMAZING and the staff and crew of the airport within itself are gracious, courteous, and awesome.
If you'd like, if you have a "little one" that is intriqued by airplanes such as my son, you can take them to the airport and they will give them a tour totally free.
I, personally, can not fly in a airplane because of medical reasons, but if you ever get the chance to try it for the first time, I HIGHLY recommend it. And, if you are ever interested in learning how to fly, ask them about it as well. They can set you up.
So,..to Shippenville Aviation,...I give you a HUGE 2 THUMBS WAY UP and a 2 wing salute!! (Ha,Ha!)
