Scott is one of the owners of this management company. He is the salt of the earth. He is the type of landlord that will fix anything. If you didn't like the carpet in your building then he would pull it up. I have always seen him be kind to all of his tenants. A good landlord to work with. Some of his apartments could use some extra work, but you only have to ask.
