Review content:
This hotel is great in general, we loved the location for visiting museums.
We upgraded to the concierge floor. The main benefit of this upgrade is their lounge on the 10th floor. We enjoyed a continental breakfast, and a happy hour. We missed out on the cookies and milk at bedtime unfortunately.
Breakfast was standard continental fare for the most part. They did include boiled eggs for a protein option, which was nice.
Happy hour has an honor bar (which really lasts all evening) and appetizers from 5 pm to 7 pm. Appetizers included quiche and lobster empanadas.
This was a last minute upgrade for us, and it was well worth the extra we paid. List price, maybe not so much.
