Review content:
This is a much more reliable cable and internet service than Comcast is in the Charleston area. With Comcast, I experienced outages on a weekly basis, which was really frustrating for me because I telecommute and am very dependent on a reliable internet connection. We made the switch to Knology several months ago and have only experienced about 2 hours of outages in the last 6 or 7 months. We used to have longer outages than that each week with Comcast. I'm really glad to have found a reliable service for the same price.
