Review content:
The House Dr. bought, "fixed" and sold us a house he said had a water free basement since "he" installed a sump pump down there. WRONG! Our basement floods every time there is rain and he won't pay to have it fixed. All of our belongings we stored down there are ruined and worthless. He "fixed up" our house with the cheapest possible materials and fixtures he could get, which we have had to pay to replace or fix ourselves since we have been here for only one year. I would not recommend having him fix anything in your home or purchasing a home from him because he will leave you with nothing but problems!!
