Review content:
I think this is the best theater in the Burlington area. It is located in Essex but it is the best by far. The pricing is great for both the tickets and for the refreshments. They also run specials so you can get in at a discounted price. The theaters are always clean and if someone spills something while you are there, the staff is quick to clean it up. The staff is excellent. The manager is friendly and great with customer service. We went once and couldn't make it 15 minutes into the movie because the plot was so bad. The manager gave us the option of a refund or switching movies. We switched and enjoyed another movie. After a while of going, we are on first names basis with them. We always go to Essex because it has always been great to us.
