Review content:
I had my worst experience with Comcast last summer. I received my $19.99 per month promotion for 3 month digital cable from mail. Then I called the agent to connect my service next day after I was confirmed to eligible for the promotion. And I paid the $ 29.99 for the first month including the connection fee. Then the next month, I got a $64 bill. I called the agent, they said they didn't put me under the promotion. And I must call the same agent I first called. Which took me around 5-6 times to find the exact agent who gave me the promotion. She gave me the promotion again and claimed she will send me a new bill next month. Then next month a new problem happened. The overcharged bill $64 became past due, I still need pay for $84 for the first 2 month. I called the agent several times. But no one really solved the problem. Then I canceled the service. But I still be overcharged by $10.
