I really like this restaurant. The location is good, walking distance to ped mall, the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable (counting on student customers).
Some may be reluctant to give Indian food a try, thinking it is all curry. Curry is a major indian spice, but curry does not equal curry and mixed in with a lot of other spices the flavor really changes. What you will not find at Masala is boring food. I like to sample dishes with my friends, just to get to try as many different dishes as I can. They have a nice selection of mild to spice dishes, someting for the meek and the daring.
Try to get the buffet as a nice introduction to Indian cooking.
