Review content:
I shop at Mervyn's mainly because of the awesome deals I can find on children's clothes. With two growing boys that is very important. My biggest gripe about the store is that their customer service stinks. My latest encounter is when the sales girl walked away from the register to go to lunch without saying a word to me or anyone else in her line, I only knew she was going to lunch because her friend was waiting for her. That is only an example of the customer service at Mervyn's. Now if you are prepared for that and are willing to accept it, then I would recommend this store to you. If customer service is very important to you, don't waste your time in this store.
