Review content:
We are currently remodeling our house, and I have visited the Home Improvement Warehouse several times to look for good deals. I've had some success so far, finding several items I needed at a discounted price. However, There are a few very negative points about this store:
- The Hours. It is very hard to find the time to go there during the week, since they close before I get off of work. I usually have to visit during lunch or on weekends.
- The Stock. It rotates frequently, so if you see something there you like today - buy it! The item probably won't be there very long.
- The Service. I've found it difficult to get assistance in the store.
- The Organization. Or lack thereof. It is really difficult to find what you are looking for. Many of the items are in plain boxes or packaging which make it difficult to discern exactly what's inside.
However, I'll keep visiting. It's worth sorting through all the merchandise in hopes of finding what you need at a lower price than some of the big name home improvement stores.
