I will always remember how nice the man behind the counter at the Elliott Tire & Service Center in Woodinville was to us in December 2005. We were having a run of bad luck and when it seemed like things couldn't get any worse we heard something hissing from our van. We picked up a nail in our tire. When we couldn't find a gas station that could help, we found Chris at Elliott Tire was still open and he fixed our tire for free. I think he felt bad for me since I had a bad cold and must of looked pretty sad. His kindness made all of us feel so much better and helped us more than he could ever know. That is customer service. We will be back.
