Would highly recommend this shop. I have a 2006 Subaru Legacy Sedan that I tow a trailer with, and the trailer was causing the rear of my car to be so low to the ground that if I went over a dip, I would drag the hitch on the ground. After literally weeks of looking for a shop that would even be willing to help, I was referred to Smart Service. After talking to them, they referred me to Aaron's Auto Wrecking (which I would also recommend) who came up with a plan for me. I relayed the plan back to Smart Service, who did some verification, and agreed to replace my rear springs with those from a Legacy wagon. I just got my car back tonight, exactly when they promised, and not only is the suspension stiffer, but I gained quite a bit of clearance, so I'm just thrilled. This is a very ethical shop, they only did the work they thought would be helpful. And they cleaned the inside of my car to boot! I am really happy with the way this turned out and will most definitely use this shop again for maintenance.
Pros: Intelligence, Honesty, Excellent Work
Cons: Exit 177 off of I-5, just a bit out of Seattle
