You cannot compare the service and knowledge here with You Know Who Depot. Any time I'm unsure of something, I go to Swartz. The guys in paint are terrific -- they really know what type of paint to use, how to prep the surface, where certain colors might not come out. They're terrific at color matching or even trying to create a custom color for you. You can actually find someone here to help you and to ask questions. I come in a lot, and they always ask how I'm doing, how my projects are going, etc. Their prices on certain items are a little higher than the big guys, but you just can't compare the level of information. They help you carry heavy items to the car, and you get service with a smile. I only regret that being a smaller store they can't carry as many things as their competitors.
