Review content:
I had blood work done this morning at Quest Diagnostics in Ashburn. I was shocked at how unorganized and unprofessional most of the staff was. There seemed to be a constant state of confusion at the front desk in terms of where files should go, who should be called next, and who reported to whom. I witnessed one employee pick a verbal fight with another customer who was there to drop off a urine sample because she didn’t like that he brought it for his wife and his wife wasn’t there. Very strange! Fortunately, the phlebotomist who came back to draw my blood seemed very competent and was also very friendly, neither of which could be said about anyone else I saw working there!
