This owner, Jeff Kramer, should be in jail. He is a rip-off artist. He will come over and ask for half the money up front. Don't plan on seeing him after the money leaves your hand. You won't be able to get a hold of him on the phone either. Stay away from this business unless you want to give you money to a con-artist.
