Review content:
We rented movies here for a very long time because they were convenient and had a pretty good selection. After a couple of years, the selection didnt seem as great and after they rearranged everything it was too hard to find the movies that you were looking for. They arent alphabatized and it would take you days to find what you are looking for!
In addition, we were told after well over 2 years of renting here, that we had late fees. Although we were never told about it during prior visits! They told us that we had over $50 in late fees, even though every movie we rented was returned on the first day after it was rented, and you can keep them for 2 days!
We have found another rental store in the area, that can keep better track of our returns.
