Review content:
ROSS is the best place to find great deals on brand named items, handsdown. For example, you can get a 'dollhouse' jacket or pants for maybe 50% off the regular price. I love going there when they get their new stuff (twice every week or so...ask your local store) because there are so much sales. Shirts for the whole family are cheap and the dress section is full of prom dresses at a great price. I would recommend ROSS if you're looking for a deal though, nothing particular.
