Review content:
Annie Schmittling works with the doctors at Northwoods OB/GYN. She had just joined the practice when I found out I was pregnant. I saw her for almost all of my pre-natal appointments. I really appreciated the fact that she did not enter the room with a timer in her hand. I really felt like I was in control of the appointment and I decided when we were done. She was always so helpful in answering my questions and also reminding me that as the mom I have choices in everything concerning the birth. While I was in labor, she was with me for the first 12 hours or so. I ended up having a c-section so she didn't deliver my son, but she came into the O.R. with me (and even snapped a few photos for me). When it comes to "baby catchers," Annie Schmittling is top notch!
