In general Officemax is the worst place to get stuff you need. Out of all the OfficeMax's in Austin The one on Brodie Lane has to be the worst in customer service. If you like getting treated badly go there. No matter what officemax you go to you get treated poorly. I will never go there again and take my business elsewhere.
Pros: easy to get to
Cons: horrible parking, rude employees, no help on floor
