Businiess name:  Curves For Women
Review by:  Sara R.
Review content:
I've been a member of Curves for a couple of years now. It may not be the right fit for those people who love going and working out in a traditional co-ed gym, but for me it's perfect. The premise of Curves is a solid 30 minute workout mixing strength training with aerobic exercise. All this with no men and no mirrors. That's right, it's half an hour you don't have to spend staring in a mirror watching yourself sweat. What a nice change. The staff is really great. Other than your initial training, they don't hover around you while you work out. Every once in a while they approach you to correct your form on a machine, but most of the machines are so intuitive, it's not a big deal. The best thing about Curves are the clients. The other women all have the same fitness goals as I do, and although we may all be at different levels of fitness, the support of these women and the staff is amazing. I also enjoy the contests that the Curves team put together. It's a great way to add some additional motivation to my workout.
