I have been going to J Thompson for almost 2 years. My husband and I both get our hair done there, and we LOVE it. Cindy is our designer, and she is nothing short of fantastic. The customer service is wonderful; the designers are all knowledgeable and friendly. I hired Cindy and several of the other girls to do my bridesmaids' hair, my mom's hair, and my hair and make-up for my wedding. Everyone's hair turned out looking spectacular. Brett and Jennifer had drinks and mints and snacks for all of us, too! It really took away much of the anxiety I was feeling that morning. I have recommended this salon to a number of friends, and they all love it there too! I can't say enough good things about them!
