I like going to Target because the stores are usually clean, this particular Target is even cleaner than other. However, they do not have many smart cashier, so they are so confused when you try to use their store coupon in conjunction with manufacture coupons. They have to ring for the manager to take care of the business. Do most of the cashier not even know their store policies ?
