Businiess name:  Sound Bites
Review by:  Alison P.
Review content:
I confess: I have never been to Soundbites on the weekend. I've heard too many stories about people getting rushed out, berated for bringing a newspaper or children, and having no time to enjoy their meal. I am here to tell you that it is a whole different place during the week. It is relatively quiet (except for graduation time when students bring their families). The staff are friendly and thoughtful. You can sit there for an hour with that second cup of coffee and no one cares. You can read the damn paper. I love Soundbites...during the week. The pancakes are stellar (I don't usually like pancakes), the stuffed french toast is decadent, the fruit bowl is beautiful and often has treats like papaya, and the benedicts are terrific. Beverages are DIY at the back, the staff will put it on your check. Soundbites closes at 3 so you can sneak in at 2:30pm and still grab a quick bite. My five stars is based on my experience during the week only.
