Businiess name:  Domus

Domus on Main Street is a large, well-stocked housewares store. With its high ceiling and open floor plan, it feels akin to a Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things, but the atmosphere is more homey and comfortable, and for some reason, it always seems to smell good. You'll find numerous holiday items, kitchen essentials, candles, soaps, lotions, children's items, and a slew of home novelties, including an array of cleverly shaped cookie cutters and even a surprisingly complete collection of wind chimes in various sizes. I particularly like their selection of cute seasonal plates and other dishes. I enjoy browsing the aisles, and have been thrilled to find a few items I'd been unable to find in the larger chain stores, including a particular model of candy thermometer. I've also purchased several sets of wind chimes, and all were well-received by their recipients. Some items are pricier than others, so be sure to check cost before checking out. The store is not typically crowded, but since only a few employees are present at a time, it can occasionally take a few minutes to make your purchases. Check them out if you're in town.
