Review content:
Like all little family Restaurants Rinconcito Diner was a casualty of the economy and ended up closing after a short run.
It was owned and operated by a South American Family who brought their family recipes from their country to ours to give us a taste of their ethnic dishes.
We had the opportunity to eat here when it was open and the food was not only plentiful and hearty but it was deeelishous.
The prices were great and the service was very friendly and fast.
Their Rice and Beans were wonderful and their chicken dishes were very tasty. We also had the opportunity to try their equivilent of beef stew and it was wonderful.
Bread, Butter and Veggie were included with the dinner and dinners didn't cost over five dollars.
They also had breakfast specials which were very cheap and good.
For Two Dollars you could get three farm fresh eggs any way you wanted them cooked, four slices of bacon, a mound of home fries and some of the best Columbian coffee you could find in the area.
Its too bad they went out of business
