White Marsh's Old Navy (Gap subsidary)store offers great selection and great prices. My last visit was a calm Thursday morning, a while after christmas. They were running a fantastic clearance, but still had plenty of stock and some great bargains. I ended up getting a baby onesie for my brother's newbaby for 3.98! :) it's DARLING and very soft. The store was clean and well organized, and the sale associates seemed to be on top of things--keeping clothes folded and in the right location.
