Review content:
This project started out with a great design, designed by the sales rep. Then someone forgot to give the design to the builders - really. We ended up constantly directing the crew, often after mistakes were made. The crew didn't understand the importance of aesthetics. Where anlges were supposed to exist - they didn't. The lettering on the boards were made visable everwhere when it could have easily been hidden. Warped boards were installed. Lattice work was put on the wrong side of the deck. The crew could not understand English. One day, we found one of the crew doing work for our neighbor. We were never sure if they were going to show up or not. The acutal structure is good and appears to be solid. So we managed to get most everything right at the end and it does look good but we can't recommend this company.
Pros: patio subcontractor
Cons: lack of management, unreliable
