Review content:
If you like nature and enjoy getting out for a breath of fresh air, then this is the place for you. They offer seasonal outings and learning experiences, including garden planting, bird watching and night hikes. It covers a large area in South Heath and has an vistor area where you can pick up info and ask questions during certain hours. It's open to the public until dusk most the year I believe. They even have an observation tower where you can climb up and stand to see what they've used plants to write so that they can be seen from the air. Areas are divided up with different plants and there are plaques telling you about the plants and their coverage in the area. Nothing beats a picnic there or quiet reading in the Japanese garden.
