Review content:
Man does not live by expensive food alone. Sometimes you just want to eat and get on with life. Enter fast food restaurants - they are there for a reason, right? Even the late, great Julia Child ate at McDonald's (the quarter pounder was her happy meal).
I was introduced to Wendy's over 20 years ago at a restaurant way out on Rt. 22 near PA. It was so very different that I became a fan.
The Denville outpost is absolutely the best Wendy's I have visited. It is professionally run with a strong local manager (very important). It is clean and kept clean by a conscientious staff.
More important, the food is cooked properly and delivered hot.
What to eat? Try their chili with cheese and baked potato. Not too unhealthy and cheap. I wash it all down with a frosty - the bill is less that $5.
My wife likes the 99 cent classic and I have been known to get the Spicy Chicken Combo - I like their fries better than the "other guy's".
Finally, they have a fun classic car cruiser night in the warmer months. Great for kids of all ages (they have a good DJ and lots of parking).
