Worst place to go for help. Can't get phone calls returned after a week of leaving messages; can't get medications refilled correctly; something is very wrong here. Went to one person who was able to prescribe but all of a sudden lost it and had no clue as to who I was (think he had the wrong person's file) It's time to let the medical board authorities know before someone actually dies from being prescribed the wrong medications, etc. . This facility was located on Elm Street, Worcester, MA, (across from Elm Park)before they moved to Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA (without notice, may I add)... don't know where the Park Avenue address came from. Another person I know had to keep check on prescriptions written ... saw the doctor twice, doctor wrote the script incorrectly twice. What is happening to the patients that cannot advocate for themselves? I will be a person to advocate for all the patients who go there. I do not tolerate the medical profession going against the ethical vow they took. The Board of Medical Registration needs to hear from you. It has heard from me. Please contact me at ... yankeemuffing@yahoo dot com ... It's time someone spoke up before someone dies. "Someone who actually believes in ethics and cares" Pros: convenient hours Cons: impersonnal and no one cares
