I recently began having trouble with my vision and so I called Dr. Ian Dunscombe's office. I had heard wonderful things about him and so I decided to give him a call. His staff was very friendly over the phone and answered all of my questions and quickly found out for me what my insurance would cover. When I went to his office I was pleasantly surprised by the quaintness of it. It was just a charming place that didn't have that hectic/fast-paced "get em in, get em out" feel that many offices have. Dr. Dunscombe spent quality time with me and helped get to the bottom of my vision problems. It turned out I needed glasses and he had a great selection of frames to pick from. The glasses were ready within a week's time. The whole experience was top notch!
