When I called this company on a Friday at 4:15, I wasn't expecting them to be very helpful. I needed my tire patched...They squeezed me in that night and fixed it in 20 minutes! Although this wasn't a difficult repair, they seemed very sincere and informative. They talked to me about what caused it and answered my questions without a lot of the car lingo and without making me feel like I was an idiot. The place is very clean once you walk in the main office and the garage is separated from the waiting office. They tried to make the waiting area cozy and they had good magazines there.
