This landlord which I don't recomended, as I am tenant with them there is lot of dispute with them, as poor repairs, as poor work performant, as roof leak a bit, they hired low bid contractors, do poor job, with too many stupid rules, and not fair program either, as stupid 30% rules which cause family hardship, not worth it rent with them, as have to be cool with them make it short stay and look for another place, as planned to move out of there as place need lot of repairs as place is a dump I reside on, as Warwick Housing authority peoples are hard to deal and reason with all they care is your money and looked for troubles.
Stay away from them.
Pros: low on rent sometime be careful
Cons: Repair and condition is poor, as they just touch up painted over, cheap material. rules bad too.
