My wedding was June 28th and my experience was less than pleasant. There was no wedding cake, the beer and wine we had printed on menu cards was not what they brought so my husband did not have his favorite beer. The party planner was unorganized and had no idea how the set up the tables. My sister and my hired florist stayed to set up a floor plan. The worst was how I was treated after the event. When I called to discuss the problems I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer that way or it would be my job.
