Our pump gave out and we had no water. It was very hot outside & water was immediately necessary. He was told 3 times that along with my wife & myself, there was a senior citizen & 2 babies and that we had farm animals that we needed to provide water for. The first estimate that he gave us was $1185. When he called back we were told that the estimate was $1600 if he had to replace a pipe. Being that we were strapped for water we set up an appointment for the next day by 10:00am. Even though it was the owner who set the day and time he nor anyone else from his company showed up, called or returned our calls trying to find out what was going on. We were totally ignored. If it were up to this company we'd still not have water. Thankfully we were able to find another company that provided same day service and the bill was dramatically lower. We contacted the BBS and they were unable to locate him because the address that he advertises under is not the correct one.
