Review content:
This is a small studio that concentrates on traditional training of the Korean arts. Mr. Ambrose, the head instructor is personable, open with students, extremely knowledgeable about his arts, and runs all classes himself, usually assisted by any one of a dozen black belts. He is listed with the Ministry of Education in Korea as a certified black belt. This is the only studio I have attended where the instructor can explain not only how to perform movements correctly, but also the physics behind the movement, why it is important and how it was used in battles. Ambrose Martial Arts training curriculum is never boring and always challenging, as it is said often there "if it was meant to be easy everyone would have a black belt". This is the best school for those looking to truly become a martial artist.
Pros: great instruction, no contracts, affordable
Cons: limited viewing area
