Review content:
Charter One in Elmhurst on Addison is ok. I am reviewing from the point of view of just an average customer wanting to make withdrawal deposit. There ought to be 2 people on the teller line and usually when I am there, there isn’t. Other than that its ok, nothing too special. They have hershey’s kisses which are good. This one is better than the one on North York road by York and Grand. There is friendlier service here.
