Well, I must say! It seems that my experience with the JJ Land Co. has been a completely different one than the other persons posting on this site. The apartment building we lived in (myself and college roommate) sure it was an old building, but in there lies its character. Over the coarse of the three years we've spent living with JJ Land we had a few maintainance issues. Leaky faucets, actually our furnace went in the middle of winter, stuff like that, but they were alway prompt to send a crew over to take care of it. When our furnace went out it was on a sunday. We called the emergency line and within a short period of time the pilot was re-lit and warmth had been restored. I would recommend checking these guys out if you're in the market for an apartment. Oh yeah, PS, the office staff is really easy to get along with. Nice people, easy to talk to, and in my opinion they can be pretty funny.
Pros: Property locations, nice office staff, prompt maintainance.
Cons: Older buildings, landscaping isn't very good.
